At Isplash Swim School, we believe in creating a learning environment that is comfortable for all our students. We understand that some ladies are uncomfortable with swimming lessons conducted by a male instructor.
Hence, we created these swimming lessons specifically for all ladies. Our team of professional female swimming instructors will conduct ladies' swimming lessons.
No matter if you are a beginner who is seeking to learn swimming as a lifelong sport, an intermediate swimmer who wants to learn treading water or an advanced swimmer who wants to improve your swimming technique, as long as you are a LADY, this program is for YOU!
Our team of female swimming instructors implements an effective teaching system for ladies' swimming lessons to ensure that all our ladies participants have the best learning opportunities. Our weekly ladies' swimming class is conducted every Sunday at Jurong West Swimming Complex.
If you prefer an alternative schedule or location, we will do a FREE matching service for you. For example, if you prefer to have a ladies' swimming class at Sengkang Swimming Complex, we will update you with the available schedule of ladies' or mixed-gender group classes there. If it matches your schedule, we will update you with the lesson and coach's contact details.
Learning Chart For Ladies Swimming Class
Beginner Stage: Water Confidence and fundamental Stroke Development
Students will be introduced to water confidence and floating exercises. Students will also be taught a swimming stroke(eg. breaststroke or freestyle)
Intermediate Stage: Stroke development
Students will be introduced to another swimming stroke and perform drills to prepare them for longer distances swimming. Students will learn general skills such as thread water and diving.
Advance Stage: Strokes Proficiency
Students will perform drills to ensure proficiency in the strokes learned. In addition, they will be taught an additional swimming stroke (butterfly, backstroke). Students will also learn to coordinate breathing and swimming strokes in deep water.
