Kids Group Swimming Lessons

Our swimming lessons for kids are conducted in line with the latest guidelines of the SwimSafer Programme, under the updated Swim Singapore Framework. Each class is carefully structured to prioritise safety, fun, engagement, and progressive learning — ensuring that children not only enjoy their lessons but also develop essential water safety skills at every stage.

We offer over 200 weekly group swimming classes for kids, available on both weekdays and weekends. These lessons are conducted at convenient and accessible locations across Singapore, including THE CHEVRONS (Jurong East), ActiveSG Jurong West (Pioneer), ActiveSG Jurong Lake, ActiveSG Bukit Batok, and ActiveSG Choa Chu Kang swimming complexes.

Smaller Group Size

For parents seeking smaller group class sizes, we offer this option exclusively at THE CHEVRONS. These smaller group settings provide more personalised coaching, allowing instructors to focus on each child’s technique, progress, and confidence in the water.

Free Matching Service

If you prefer group swimming lessons for kids at another public pool or your own condominium’s swimming pool, our team offers a free instructor matching service. With an extensive network of certified swim coaches, we will do our best to arrange a suitable class for your child — at no extra cost.

SwimSafer Programme

Swimming class for kids

Beginner Stage:
Water Confidence Stage
(Swimsafer Stage 1)

Students first master water safety essentials, such as safe entries, exits, and floating, through fun, confidence-building games. 

Once they are comfortable, they progress to swimming short distances and learning the fundamentals of the breaststroke.

Intermediate Stage:
Fundamental Water and Stroke Development Skills
(Swimsafer Stage 2 and 3)

This stage focuses on building endurance to swim continuously for 25–50 metres. Students will master freestyle and survival backstroke, along with key safety skills like sculling and using a life jacket.

Advance Stage:
Water Survival and Stroke Proficiency (Swimsafer Bronze, Silver & Gold Stage)

Advanced swimmers master long-distance swimming (up to 400m) and essential lifesaving techniques.

This stage prepares them to complete the SwimSafer awards and progress toward prestigious certifications, such as the Bronze Medallion.

Private Kids Swimming Classes

We understand that some parents may prefer enrolling their child in private swimming lessons for kids to provide a more personalised and focused learning experience. Whether it’s for greater flexibility, faster progress, or a preferred venue, our team is here to support your needs.

At Isplash, our coordinators will help you arrange either a private or small-group swimming class at your preferred location — be it a nearby public pool or your own condominium. With a network of over 350 affiliated coaches and partner swim schools across Singapore, we strive to match your child with the most suitable coach and class — all at no additional cost.

You may choose to enrol your child (or even yourself) for a kids or adult swimming class, and we’ll recommend the best options based on your schedule and location.

There are no upfront payments required for our matching service. Once a suitable class is confirmed, lesson fees are paid directly to the assigned coach.
